Polk County’s Trusted Funeral & Cremation Provider!

"We are a local funeral home, with staff who live right here in the community. The trust that thousands of Oregonians have placed in us over the years is not taken lightly. We endeavor to meet the needs of those we serve and honor each life by providing personalized and dignified services at reasonable prices." — Andrew Phillips, Funeral Home Manager

Of the many arrangements made after losing a loved one, the first is the selection of a funeral home.

Our staff can help create a beautiful tribute and provide guidance and suggestions on the many decisions made when planning a funeral, cremation, memorial, celebration of life, and/or burial service. We take pride in meeting the specific, and sometimes unique, needs of each and every family.

Please use our website to learn about the funeral, cremation and permanent memorialization services we offer, as well as our pre-planning and grief support resources.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at anytime. We are here to help you!

About Us
We Honor Veterans Community Partner

As a We Honor Veterans Community Partner, Farnstrom Mortuary is committed to providing quality services to veterans and their families and to expanding community awareness of the unique needs of veterans and benefits available to them. We will strive to always do our best to ensure that happens.

We Honor Veterans is a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to help improve the care Veterans receive.

Originally designed for hospice providers, We Honor Veterans extended its partner opportunities to other community-based health care organizations, such as funeral homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and home health agencies.

Testimonials
In all of my interactions, prior, during and after funerals, Farnstrom Mortuary has been so helpful, kind, caring, attentive in both the preparation and the process of handling the passing of both my parents. Everything went smoothly - and during that time of shock, grief and duress, I felt safe and well taken care of. They are 5-star in my book.
